London’s Black Queen
Ms. Steeds, THe Hellfire Club's Black Queen in London, was the head of a seconadry conpeiracy within-the Inner Circle. She had secretly allied herself with the body-snatching Mountjoy during the London branch's attemp at harnesing a demon's power.
Steeds was a mutant with the telipathic ability known as psychic skining which manifested it's self visualy in the form of hooks and chains.
Whether these talants are what brought her to the Inner Circle, or or she ahs historic ties is not known.
Steeds gunned down the Black King of
London when he was consumed by the madness unleashed when the project the club had undertaken in cooperation with Black Air, to harness the power of a demon under London, went wrong.
Ms. steeds Current whereabouts are unknown, presumed incarcerated.
